Refund to Credit/Debit Card:

-Unworn, unwashed items may be returned for a full refund within 7 Days from the day you receive your package.
-Refunds will be processed on the same card that was used for the original transaction.

Exchange for Online Store Credit:

-Unworn, unwashed items may be returned for online store credit within 14 Days from the day you receive your package.
-An online coupon code for store credit will be emailed to your registered e-mail address.

*PLEASE NOTE: If your order is returned past the 30 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and a standard shipping charge will be applied to your card.

Holiday Return Policy

Items may be exchanged for store credit until January 15, 2018.  If you receive a Shop Twenty item as a gift we will allow you to exchange or receive store credit until Jan 15th.  No refunds will be given, unless it is within the 7 day window.

To Make Your Return:

-Please e-mail us at to let us know you will be returning your item.
-You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. *If you are shipping a package that is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
-Include your original invoice, if you received one and circle the items that you wish to return.
-Returned items should be shipped to the return address found on your original invoice.
-Once your package is received, please allow 10 business days for return processing. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed.

You May Not Return:

-Sale/Clearance items, jewelry, scarves, belts and gift certificates. These items are all FINAL sale.
-All items must be returned unworn and unwashed. We will not accept items that have clearly been worn, washed or have stains/make-up on them.


-Due to a limited quantity of items, exchanges cannot be guaranteed. We recommend placing a new order for any items you want and sending back any return items for a full refund or online store credit.


-Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged or defective items you must contact us via e-mail at within 3 days of receipt.
